High-carbon steel wire in smooth and profile finishes , submitted to a Stress Relieved and Low Relaxation Termed Process , that assures mechanical properties for its application in Pre-Stressed Beams . It's characteristic of Low Relaxation guarantee a minor lost of pre-stress as result of an applied load.
Pre-Stressed Beams
These are prefabricated high tensile concrete pieces, pre tensed with Pre-stress Wire, used in construction of ceilings.
The Pre-Stressed Beams are manufactured in Industrial Plants with Schussed and Fix moulds.
The pre-stress system introduces internal efforts to the concrete with the proper size and distribution to support the specifically planned external loads.
